The Logic with iPads.

I tried earlier to compare Logic Pron for iPad to and all I could think of is Reason. The admin posted it but thought it was an odd comparison. It is odd. Only a paired down version of Logic Pro could be comparable to an entire DAW from another manufacturer. But you can tic boxes down the line and the iPad version does every sequencer oriented task. Now, there are some things you can do on Reason that you don't find anywhere else. However, you can find nearly everything Logic does in other DAW's because it is a solid design, some of it could be copied because Logic has been around for a long time, and being based on Macs, gives it a pedigree of high standards. Logic has become a standard in many respects due to its ease of use, and universal appeal to apple users. Garageband is a start for many people and it is an easy transition to Logic, so there are users that come from that angle. One of the reasons I bought my first mac was so I could use this software, and feel good about my efforts. It feels good to finish a project. But feeling good along the way becauwe you have the correct tool for the job is priceless.
